====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-04-2023 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.

Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. As per F.I.R., it is alleged that petitioner along with other accused persons fired pistol upon the informant and others due to which cousin brother of the informant got injured. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to village politics.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11454 of 2023(2) dt.28-04-2023 2/2 application and submits that there is specific allegation on the petitioner of open firing the pistol.

Considering the nature of accusation, bail application of the petitioner is rejected.
