Petitioner is accused in connection with Chanpatia P.S. Case No. 258 of 2016 registered under Section 395 of the I.P.C.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been made accused in this case only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Except the confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner. Moreover, petitioner is in custody since 17.12.2016, having no criminal antecedent. Further submission is that co-accused Nand Lal Prasad has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 3815 of 2017.
