No. 18851 of 2018 granting bail to the petitioners with a direction to the petitioners to surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petitioner (petitioner no.1 in Cr. Misc. No. 18851 of 2018), on account of certain reasons, could not appear before the court below in time and seeks extension of time for surrender.

In view of the above, the time for surrender of the petitioner in the court below is extended by a further period of four weeks.
