JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 11-05-2016 There are only two issues now remaining, one is payment of arrear of pension to the extent of 45% for the period 1st April, 2007 to July, 2012 and another issue is merger of D.A. and the payment of arrears thereof.

Learned counsel for the respondent L. N. Mithila University informs the Court that cheque with regard to the D.A. is already ready. The petitioner can collect the same from the University in question.

So far as the arrears of pension to the extent of 45%

Patna High Court CWJC No.5846 of 2014 dt.11-05-2016 is concerned, the University must ensure that this payment is also made to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
