At the very outset, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the grievance of the petitioners has been redressed inasmuch as the result of the petitioners has been amended declaring them pass and original certificates and mark sheets have also been sent to the concerned school for being handed over to the petitioners. The aforesaid fact is also mentioned in

Patna High Court CWJC No.3664 of 2020(3) dt.09-09-2024 2/2 the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent nos. 3 to 5.

3. In view of the averments mentioned in the counter affidavit, this writ application has become infructuous.

4. Accordingly, this writ application stands disposed of as infructuous.
