The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 159 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been arrested during the pendency of this application. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the application.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21989 of 2021(2) dt.03-12-2021 2/2 Prayer is allowed. The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn.
