JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 05-08-2016 It appears that by interim order dated 17.02.2016, the further proceeding in Title Suit No.99 of 2008 pending in the Court of Sub Judge III, Patna City was stayed but in the ordersheet, by mistake, it has been typed as Sub Judge III, Patna, as a result of which, the order was communicated to Sub Judge III, Patna and the suit pending at Patna bearing the same number has been stayed.

It is admitted fact that the Title Suit No.99 of 2008 pending the Court of Sub Judge III, Patna has got nothing to do with this writ application.

Accordingly, the interim order dated 17.02.2016 is corrected to the extent that the further proceeding of Title Suit No.99 of 2008 pending in the Court of Sub Judge III, Patna City shall remain stayed.
