ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 30-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No.556 of 2015 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code. Diary in the present case was called for, which has since been received.
After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State, it appears that there is some dispute between the petitioner and the informant with regard to the financial transactions made at the School and each has chosen to threaten each other for obtaining certain

On the one hand, the petitioner has threatened to expose the informant whereas the informant has levelled charges regarding the petitioner having made sexual advances on her and that if she does not succumb to the same, he will expose her financial irregularities. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State, however, submits that there is no material in the case diary to substantiate the case of the informant relating to the sexual advances being made by the petitioner. He, however, submits that there appears to be some serious financial irregularities in the School which each is trying to capitalize.
In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances and there being dense cloud on the prosecution story and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Madherendra, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna, in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No.
