This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Manihari P.S. Case No. 471 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324 & 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 15.12.2020 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.17839 of 2020 has granted anticipatory bail to similarly situated co-accused persons. The aforesaid order is annexed as Annexure-3 to this bail application.

For the reason recorded in the order dated 15.12.2020 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 17839 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21267 of 2021(3) dt.28-01-2022 2/2 2020, this application is also allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his his arrest/surrender within ten weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar, in connection with Manihari P.S. Case No. 471 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
