Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 120(B) and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
40 named and 300-400 unknown persons are alleged to have assembled and obstructed the road and thereafter, pelted stones on police party and damaged some police vehicles and other vehicles along with some government offices. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that a protest was organised against the 'Agnipath Scheme' of the Central Government, in which, name of the petitioner transpired on the disclosure of Chowkidar. There is general and omnibus allegation. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10808 of 2023(2) dt.27-04-2023 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, District Aurangabad in connection with Daudnagar P.
