The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 337, 436, 447 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that on 28.10.2010 during Assembly Election the accused persons set fooder house, residential house, cattle shed and the vehicle of the informant on fire.
Considering the fact that the case was instituted in 2010 and the learned Sessions Judge rejected anticipatory bail application of the petitioners on 19.03.2012, this Court is not inclined to consider the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

P.S. Case No. 263 of 2010 pending in the court of the learned C.J.M. Vaishali at Hajipur.
With this observation, the application is disposed off.
