The Petitioner seeks bail in Deoria P.S. Case No. 03 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 304B, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is grand-father in-law of the deceased. The petitioner is 90 years old.

From the allegation in the written report, it appears that there is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has enclosed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16948 of 2017 (2) dt.27-04-2017 2/2 Annexure-2, the photocopy of the ration card, wherein the age of the petitioner has been mentioned as 76 years. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West, Muzaffarpur in connection with Deoria P.S.
