The petitioner seeks bail in Araria P.S. Case No. 656/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant parked his motorcycle in front of the clinic of Dr. Satyaardhan when he came out from the clinic he did not find his motorcycle. From perusal of the C.C.T.V. footage it transpired that the petitioner committed theft of motorcycle. The motorcycle was also recovered from the village of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in jail since 28.09.2016. The petitioner has already remained in jail for the last 07 months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond
