The petitioner seeks bail in Patepur P.S. Case No. 263 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. On the disclosure statement of this petitioner, stolen motorcycles were recovered from the house of co-accused. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 13.12.2021.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
