This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 341, 323, 448, 342, 354, 504, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The marriage could not be solemnized between the two families for the referred reason and occurrence of house-trespass and attempt to outrage the modesty was allegedly committed by the petitioner.

Submission of the petitioner is that the compromise petition has been filed by the parties. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection
