The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 20 and 22 of the NDPS Act.

As per the prosecution case, 1.95 kgs. of ganja was recovered from the room of the accused persons including the petitioner herein.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from his person or room. He has been falsely implicated in the case. He is a student. He is in custody since 30.9.2020 and has no criminal antecedent. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case. Heard learned APP for the State.

Case no. 740 of 2020 (Special Case no. 10 of 2020) on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge-cum-Special Judge, NDPS, Saharsa.
