Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 272/273 of I.P.C and Section 30 (a)/ 41 (I) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act2016. Prosecution case is that 4320 liters of foreign liquor was recovered from different vehicles.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.
