ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 250 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Panel Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the brother of the father-in-law of the deceased and has been separated in mess from the husband of the deceased since long.

Considering the general nature of allegation made against the petitioner and that he comes in the extended family, let the petitioner abovenamed in the event of his arrest/surrender within a

No.4106 of 2016 (2) dt.18-04-2016 2/2 period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 250 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Cr.P.C.
