The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Aadapur P.S. Case No. 198 of 2016 registered under sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prevention of Excise Act, 2016. Allegation in brief is that 4.8 litres of illicit country made liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, he was planted in this case, he has got no criminal antecedent and has been in custody in this case since 19.11.2016 and investigation has

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Munna Kumar, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari in connection with Aadapur P.S.
