By order dated 18.06.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 6842 of 2017, violation of which has been complained in the present contempt application, the Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board was directed to take final decision for grant of recognition to the

Patna High Court MJC No.544 of 2019(3) dt.01-12-2021 2/2 petitioner's school/institution.

It is stated at the Bar that the said order of this Court has since been complied with and a final decision has been taken refusing recognition to the petitioner's school. In such view of the matter, I am not inclined to proceed with the present contempt application any further. The petitioner shall be at liberty to question the correctness of the decision of the Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board in appropriate proceeding in accordance with law.

This application stands disposed of.
