Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 489A, 489B, 489C, 489D of the Indian Penal Code.

Again, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail on the grounds mentioned by me in my previous order dated 28.04.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16874 of 2016 and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 389 of 2016 arising out of Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 529 of 2015 pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge-III, West Champaran, Bettiah stands rejected.
