2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in Lalganj P. S. Case No. 344 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126, 115(2), 117(2), 64, 62, 324(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner induced the informant into joining the hospital in which he was already working and thereafter, assaulted and disrobed her and attempted to commit rape upon her. Victim in her statement, recorded under Section 183 BNSS, supported the prosecution case and stated that this petitioner, after consuming liquor, attempted to committed rape upon her.

4. In view of the gravity of the offence and statement of the victim recorded under Section 183 BNSS, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
