2. The petitioner in the present case is seeking the following reliefs:- "(i) For direction upon the concern respondents authorities of the Magadh University, Bodh Gaya to grant marks sheets of all the three parts of corporate Hon's of the petitioner as the petitioner already has submitted application with affidavit and has deposited fees Rs.450/- for the same but the petitioner has not been provided his marks sheets.

(ii) For direction upon the respondents authorities of the Magadh University, Bodh Gaya to provide original degree of the petitioner of Corporate Hon's. as the petitioner has already send duly forwarded application by the Principal Ram Krishna Dwarka College, Lohia Nagar, Patna but neither the marks sheets nor his original degree has been provided to the petitioner.

(iii) To grant any such other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is found legally entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Having regard to the statements made in paragraph '7' of the supplementary counter affidavit filed on behalf of the Magadh University wherein it is stated that the marksheets of all three Parts were issued by the University and original degree of the petitioner as well as duplicate copy of the marksheets of all the three parts have been issued by the University, this writ application has become infructuous. It is being disposed of accordingly.
