2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the BNS and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. Petitioner along with other accused persons are said to have committed murder of the husband of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that the similarly situated co-accused has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 07.02.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 497 of 2025. He submits that there is no specific overt act against the petitioner. He submits that there is no eye witness of the occurrence and only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, he has

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 194 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall co-operate in the trial and if he fails to appear on two consecutive dates his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
