2. This writ application has been filed for direction to respondent no. 4 namely the Circle Officer, Jagdishpur, Bhagalpur to enter the name of the petitioner in Register 2 of the Jagdishpur Circle/Anchal and allow him to deposit the rent of revenue, as an owner of the land in Khata No. 1109, Khesra No. 969, Area 0085 Hector within Mohalla Aliganj in Town and District Bhagalpur.

3. In view of the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to file a written representation before the respondent no. 4 namely the Circle Officer, Jagdishpur, Bhagalpur within a period of six weeks

4. In the event, such representation is filed before the respondent no. 4 namely the Circle Officer, Jagdishpur, Bhagalpur, the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law after hearing the parties preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt or filing of the aforesaid representation.
