JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 12-05-2016 The only issue is payment of interest on delayed payment of CPF, for which the writ application has been moved. The obligation of the respondent-BSRTC for payment for the period of delay is no longer a matter of argument, as the same has been settled by judicial pronouncements and also accepted by Road Transport Corporation in principle. Learned senior counsel for the Corporation informs the Court that they have already drawn up a plan and they are making payment by inviting claims from such claimants and they
Patna High Court CWJC No.2268 of 2016 (3) dt.12-05-2016 2/2 have prepared a list in a chronological fashion for settlement. Keeping the above stand in mind, the writ application is disposed off with an observation that on an application being filed by the petitioners with a copy of this order, the claim of the petitioners will be examined on the basis of the position. The Administrator will ensure due payment of interest in the chronological order of such claim.
