This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Gandhi Maidan PS Case No. 36 of 2019 for the alleged offence punishable under Section 27 of the NDPS Act and Section 37(b)(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Allegation against the petitioner is that he consumed liquor and was found positive in breath-analyzer test. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 13.01.2019 and he has no criminal antecedent. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody since13.01.2019, this
