It has been alleged at the end of the informant that petitioner was apprehended in drunken condition carrying 40 litres of country made wine. However, from the seizure-list neither L.T.I. nor signature of petitioner Saheb Ram is found.

Accordingly, petitioner Saheb Ram is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. District & Sessions Judge 2nd-cumSpecial Judge, Excise, Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with Akorhigola P.S. Case No. 233/2019.
