2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, son of the informant had gone to his matrimonial house and thereafter, informant received information that his son has been murdered. Informant suspects that all the F.I.R. named accused persons including petitioner committed murder of his son.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased and has been made accused only on suspicion. As a matter of fact, on the alleged date of occurrence, there was quarrel between deceased and his wife, as a result of which, informant's son (deceased) committed suicide. In the post-mortem report also, no external injury was found on the person of deceased. Petitioner is lady and is in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10748 of 2026(2) dt.18-02-2026 2/2 custody since 16.12.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail of petitioner.

6. However, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as also the fact that petitioner is lady and is in custody since 16.12.2025, prayer for bail is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bailbonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul / concerned Court in connection with Rajeshwari P.S. Case No. 102 of 2024.
