The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kundwa Chainpur P.S. Case No.12 of 2015 for offence punishable under sections 376/511, 354, 323, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Mr. Abhishek Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case arises out of the complaint which is subsequently registered under section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. He submits that the allegations are concocted and which is confirmed by the compromise entered in between the parties present at Annexure-2 which is also taken note by the Court below.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5150 of 2016 (2) dt.31-03-2016 2/2 considering the circumstance, let the petitioner namely, Mangar Sah in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhaka in connection with Kundwa Chainpur subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
