Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):-

Patna High Court CWJC No.3949 of 2020 dt.20-09-2022 2/3 It is the petitioner's case that petitioner's application dated 28th of September, 2016 for grant of license for starting a Motor Vehicle Driving School, allegedly is yet pending consideration with the authorities.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner shall be content if a direction is issued to the authorities for expeditious disposal thereof. Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Licensing Authority to positively consider the petitioner's application, if pending, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits. All issues on fact and law are left open. The present petition stands disposed of in the
