JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 29-11-2018 The instant writ application has been filed by the petitioners for a direction to the respondents to take final decision with regard to approval of service and payment of salary.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that vide Annexure-9, the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Munger has sought guideline from the Director (Primary Education), Education Department on 13.07.2012 and till date the Director (Primary Education) has not issued any guideline.

3. On account of indecisiveness of the respondents, the petitioners are continuing in service, but they are not getting salary.

4. Under the aforesaid circumstance, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Director (Primary Education) to take appropriate decision with regard to letter no. 1955 dated 13.07.2012 (Annexure-9) at the earliest preferably within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and after the decision by the Director (Primary Education) on the letter no. 1955 dated 13.07.2012 the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Munger is required to take appropriate decision at the earliest preferably within a further period of two months from the date of order of Director (Primary Education).

5. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
