The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No.534 of 2014 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 504 and 34 of Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is of outraging the modesty of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner with reference to the F.I.R. has submitted that there is a land dispute going on between the parties and to resolve said dispute the informant had accompanied the petitioner for the Panchayati in which the informant was directed to refund the money. The informant being aggrieved by the Panchayati has filed this concocted case.

No.5170 of 2016 (2) dt.31-03-2016 2/2 Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the circumstances existing as also taken note of in the order of the court below, let the petitioner namely, Rohit Kumar @ Rohit Rai in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 534 of 2014 subject to the conditions stipulated under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
