JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 23-06-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned A.P.P. for the State.

In this application for anticipatory bail the petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 500 of 2016/ Tr. No. 2154 of 2016 for the offence punishable under section 498 (A) of the I.P.C.

The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the opposite part no.2 are present. The opposite party no.2 is also present physically.

The dispute between the parties has been settled amicably through the process of mediation and the Mediator's report is attached with the record.

No.8023 of 2017 (4) dt.23-06-2017 2/2 In view of settlement of the dispute amicably through process of mediation, the petitioner, in case of his arrest or surrender within six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of. Sri Akhilesh Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hajipur, Vaishali in connection with above mentioned case, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
