The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 379, 504, 506, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R., this petitioner hit on the head of son of informant by means of iron rod.

Doctor has found simple injury. There is case and counter case. There is delay of 3 days in lodging the F.I.R. without there being any plausible explanation of delay. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from
