The petitioner seeks bail in Hilsa P.S. Case No. 638 of 2016 under Section 498A, 494, 511 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that his niece was married with the petitioner in the year 2012, but her husband, mother-in-law and father-in-law started torturing her for which a case was lodged in the court of Dwrika, New Delhi. The informant further alleged that he came to know that the petitioner has solemnized 2nd marriage on 10.12.2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not solemnized 2nd marriage. The petitioner is in jail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14815 of 2017 (2) dt.18-04-2017 2/2 since 10.12.2016.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned IInd A.C.J.M., Hilsa in connection with Hilsa P.S.
