JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-02-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bihpur P.S. Case No. 298 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 25(1b) a, 26 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation this petitioner is that he was caught with loaded pistol along with seven live cartridges. The petitioner is in custody since 26.07.2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than seven months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial
