ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 01-09-2015 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order of cognizance dated 4.6.2012 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Patna in Complaint case No.546 of 2012.

The parties agree that all disputes between them have come to an end.

In view of such understanding, further proceedings of Complaint case No.546 of 2012 including the order dated 4.6.2012 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Patna in Complaint case No.546 of 2012 is hereby set aside. Also further proceedings of Complaint case No.2788 of 2011 pending before the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur and Maintenance case No.167

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13849 of 2013 dt.01-09-2015 2/2 of 2011 pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Vaishali is hereby set aside. The Principal Judge, Family Court, Vaishali is directed to pass final orders in Divorce case No.18 of 2014 in view of the compromise between the spouses.

With the aforesaid observations, the application stands disposed of.
