The petitioners seek bail in a case instituted for the offences under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case in short is that the accused persons forcibly abducted the daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody since 12.1.2019 and have got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. Charge-sheet has been submitted in the present case. The petitioners have falsely

The date of occurrence is 9.11.2011 but the F.I.R. has been registered on 31.11.2011.The delay in lodging the F.I.R. has not been explained. The victim has got already married with one Bablu and there are two children out of the said wedlock. Other co-accuseds have been granted bail vide order dated 2.5.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20606 of 2017.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R..

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is directed that the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 14/2012.
