Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-B)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act.

Similarly situated two other co-accused Shiv Kumar Singh Bhokta and Ram Nivash Sharma @ Hanuman have been allowed bail by two different Coordinate Benches of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 14609 of 2017 and Cr. Misc. No. 15642 of 2017.

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21470 of 2017 (2) dt.03-05-2017 2/2 satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya/successor Court in connection with Raushanganj Police Station Case No. 174 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
