Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No.234 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 498A, 307, 379, 504 of the IPC and 3⁄4 of D.P. Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has committed no offence and falsely been implicated in this case. Further submits that Injury is simple in nature. . Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 11.12.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8813 of 2020(2) dt.14-02-2020 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Nawada in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No.234 of 2018 .
