Considering that the petitioner seeks to raise an issue of her appointment to the post of Anganwari Sevika pursuant to a selection process which took place in the year 2013, in view of amendment so brought on record, whereby any selection process having delayed for a period over a year has lost its efficacy and requires to be filled up by a fresh selection process, I am not persuaded to grant any indulgence to the grievance raised. The petitioner would be at liberty to approach the authority concerned if she fulfils the eligibility criteria to apply

Patna High Court CWJC No.2518 of 2016 (2) dt.03-01-2018 against fresh selection process.

The writ petition is disposed of.
