JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Jehanabad Mahila P.S. Case No. 77 of 2016 registered under Sections 498A, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that on perusal of the report of Mediation Proceeding No. 559 of 2017, it appears that petitioner is ready to keep his wife with love and affection and wife is also ready to live with her husband in matrimonial house peacefully and both the parties undertake that they will try to dispose of the cases pending against each other through compromise.

No.19422 of 2017 (3) dt.18-09-2017 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad Mahila P.S.
