The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Govindganj P.S. Case No. 274 of 2018 dated 25.09.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is not named in the FIR and his name has transpired only during the course of investigation of this case. The ATM card of the informant has been used for siphoning off Rs. 40,000/- from his account. One Zishan Adil was arrested on suspicion who has named the petitioner. Aforesaid Zishan Adil has been granted regular bail by a bench of this Court. Regard being had to the fact that the

No.12394 of 2019(2) dt.05-03-2019 2/2 implication of the petitioner in the present case is on the basis of confession of an arrested co-accused person and that he has no criminal antecedent, he is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran in connection with Govindganj P.S.
