2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ghorashan P.S. Case No. 335 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 309(4) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals looted Rs. 2,17,625/- from the victim.

4. The petitioner has confessed his guilt and his name has also come in the self inculpatory statement of other criminals.

5. The petitioner is in jail since 14.11.2024 and he is accused in five more cases of similar and serious nature.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
