Heard learned counsel for the petitioners no. 1 and 4 and the State.

Petitioners no. 1 and 4 apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

All the FIR named accused persons assaulted the informant with lathi, danda, rod and co-accused Kanhaiya Singh snatched Mangalsutra.

No.11417 of 2022(2) dt.11-08-2022 2/2 Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners no. 1 and 4 submits that the parties are neighbour and altercation took place on petty issue of flowing water in which informant and her son sustained simple injury. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioners, in the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners no. 1 and 4, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Saran at Chapra in Mashrakh Police Station Case No. 395 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under sections 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
