2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, registered in connection with Aayar P.S.Case No. 20 of 2023.

3. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, Vide a detailed order dated 04.07.2024 in Cr.Misc.No. 22259 of 2024.

4. This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail.

5. It appears that on earlier two occasions, the case was adjourned. Today also, a prayer was sought for its

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13530 of 2025(4) dt.22-08-2025 2/2 adjournment, which this Court does not deem it appropriate.

6. I do not see any reason to reconsider my earlier order 04.07.2024 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 22259 of 2024, whereby the prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused.
