2. The grievance of the petitioner is in narrow compass that notwithstanding the appeal/representation filed by the petitioner in compliance of the order dated 11.01.2024

Patna High Court CWJC No.2666 of 2026 dt.21-07-2026 2/2 passed by this Court in CWJC No. 200 of 2019, it has not been brought to logical conclusion.

3. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted that in pursuant to the order of the Court passed in CWJC No. 200 of 2019, the petitioner has filed an appeal/representation before the Hon'ble Chancellor and the same is pending consideration.

4. On behalf of the Chancellor as well as the University, it is submitted that the entire writ petition is wholly misconceived as before approaching this Court the petitioner has never approached to the Hon'ble Chancellor for expeditious disposal of the appeal, besides no mandamus can be issued for implementation of the order passed by this Court.

5. Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner as also the fact that the appeal/representation is pending consideration before the Hon'ble Chancellor, this Court dispossess the writ petition with a hope and expectation that the same shall be considered and disposed off expeditiously.
