Petitioner is accused in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 348 of 2016 registered under Sections 328, 304, 120(B)/34 of the I.P.C. and 50(a) (b) (c) of the Bihar Excise Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that similarly situated co-accused namely, Lal Babu Pasi has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 13639 of 2017 on 22.03.2017. It is also submitted that petitioner is innocent and is in custody since 14.09.2016. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M.,
