Learned counsel for the petitioner is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 354, 379, 504, 34 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21985 of 2021(2) dt.03-01-2022 2/3 the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant by means of lathi.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is counter version of the occurrence also and both sides sustain injuries. There is a land dispute between the parties from before. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IIIrd, Madhubani in connection with Babubarhir P.S. Case No. 88 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under
